Anti-block grade
The problem of adhesion in the van der Waals rods between the amorphous regions in the polymer film is one of the known issues in the production of polymer films. Hence, for a long time, fine-controlled particle size minerals have been used as anti-blocking materials in the industry. Fadak antiblock grade is a nanostructured synthetic silica known worldwide as an antiblock generation. This product has a much higher performance compared to other rival products in the market, such as micronized silica and talc, which, due to its special structure, increases the transparency of the finished plastic film.
Antiblock nanosilica can be combined with other polymer additives in the production of masterbatches.
